Estimated shipping times
- North America : 1 - 3 weeks
I'll do my best to meet these shipping estimates, but can't guarantee them. Actual delivery time will depend on the shipping method you choose.
Customs and import taxes
Buyers are responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply. I'm not responsible for delays due to customs.
Returns & Exchanges
I gladly accept returns, exchanges, and cancellations
Just contact me within: 7 days of delivery
Ship items back to me within: 30 days of delivery
Request a cancellation within: 1 hours of purchase
But please contact me if you have any problems with your order.
The following items can't be returned or exchanged
Because of the nature of these items, unless they arrive damaged or defective, I can't accept returns for:
- Custom or personalized orders
- Perishable products (like food or flowers)
- Digital downloads
- Intimate items (for health/hygiene reasons)
Conditions of return
Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.

Frequently Asked Questions
Custom and personalized orders
Because we manufacture most of our items, we almost always can accommodate custom orders such as changes in size or metal/metal color.
Any item who's model # start with an SD**** can usually be sized to just about any US/Canadian/Australian/European size.
We can also produce any of these items in the following metals/metal colors:
Gold: 10 kt, 14 kt, 18 kt, 22 kt, 24 kt,
White (Please ask us about our white gold with Palladium, if you are allergic to Nickel),
Simply Convo us with your custom request (size, metal type/color) and we will contact you to confirm before you place your order.
Bands: Due to the unique and detailed designs on many of our bands in addition to the many different techniques that we use to size our items, depending on the size needed, there may be a slight interruption or seem at the point of the sizing. In addition sometimes the ring may look slightly stretched from it's original perfectly round shape. (These all have absolutely nothing to do with the wear-ability of the ring, and in most cases, these discrepancies will not be noticeable at all when the ring is worn).
Rings: There is almost never a noticeable difference to the ring besides for the size, when we re-size rings.

Custom Order Pricing
Re-sizing: Depending on the item and size needed, we can usually throw in the re-sizing for FREE. Please convo us beforehand to see if your purchase will qualify for the FREE re-sizing.
Change of Metal/Metal Color: Prices and availability will vary depending on which metal/metal color you would like us to use.
Returns and Cancellations
Returns: You have 7 days from the time of delivery to decide whether or not you are 100% satisfied with your purchase. Please note: that due to the nature of our products we understand that depending on the circumstance many times people may need more than 7 days to decide if they are satisfied with their order, if this is the case for you, simply make sure to contact us within the 7 day time frame and let us know why you may need extra time.
PLEASE NOTE: WE RESERVE THE RIGHT TO NOT ACCEPT RETURNS ON CUSTOM OR RE-SIZED ORDERS.
Cancellations: During our normal business hours 9 - 5 EST you have up to 1 hour to cancel your order without any cancellation fees. During the night hours or holidays you have until the next business day
